I liked Cain, he made mistakes in his approach but mostly due to the fact that he wasn't a practiced and polished politician.  Would prefer him infinitely more times than the socialist retard we have now.  I would also like to apply a democratic/socialist/liberal/communist tactic and state that if one didn't like Cain that the reason is they were a racist.

I'm not sorry to see him go. His tax plan was horrendous and he would have just been a puppet for all the special interests. He might be a good businesman, but he'd make a horrible president.

His tax plan was as fair as anything that there is.  I find it odd that when people do something that is completely fair and doesn't give special considerations to certain peoples that it is labeled as "special interests".

9, 9, 9 is not a "fair" Tax System.  And Unless you're doing very well (3 or 4 hundred thou a year) this system would have taken money out of your pocket.  And you would not be trying to make pennies online if you could afford to have money taken form you.

That really is not true.  Certain income levels were to be exempt from the 9-9-9.  Cain was actually criticized when he explained this.  The plan was called 9-9-9 for simplicity and the fact that it was easy to remember, but in fact some people would have paid 9-0-9.  When he explained this people then got mad that he had called it 9-9-9.

I don't know what to believe.  I thought he made more sense than any politician I had heard in a long time, but if he is lying (because he still claims the ladies are not telling the truth), I don't want him to be president.  Same way I don't think Clinton was fit for office.  If I was Cain and the women are really lying, I would spend the rest of my life proving that they lied.  I can't believe he would insist he is innocent when so many things in a 13 year relationship would be able to be corroborated and he certainly isn't stupid.

There are still many dedicated Cain supporters, even though he's not in the presidential race anymore. In fact, many of them won't be voting for another candidate next November. They're going to write his name in.

I understand where they're coming from, though I'm open-minded about which conservative candidate I might support now. Cain's ideas for starting to fix the tax code and get our country back to fiscal sanity deserve to be a part of the ongoing discussion throughout the primaries and caucuses. Join us at http://thecainsolutions.com (not an affliate link; I love this country, and want people of like mind to know what's happening).

Hahahaha I love this! I have been waiting for someone to try and turn the tables with this kind of comment. I am surprised you haven't been torn apart yet, usually it doesn't take long for the other side to jump in with completely irrational arguments.

Wow that's saying a lot  ::).  Many of the past presidents had a "woman problem."  Kennedy, probably the most popular president in history had a huge "woman problem" and so did his brothers who were also in politics.  Cain certainly isn't the first politician have "woman problems" most high powered men do.  Remember John Edwards?  Heck even Newt admitted he had cheated.
