Free offers not credited?

My cookies are enabled and already cleared out my cache. Registered and met all of the requirements, but still haven't received a penny :crybaby2:

Rift and some of the others did the same to me as well, they may take a little longer to add. Also one thing to think of is if you have to install the Rift one or not.
