I LOVE to read! :) I recently downloaded a bunch of the free books for my Kindle (mostly classics but also a few mysteries and a thriller) so I'm working through those. I'm looking forward to my son being a little older so that we can read Journey to the Center of the Earth together!

I love to read.  The best thing in the world to me is to lose myself in a really good book.  To be transported to another place and/or time and imagining myself as a part of that world.  I'm very excited that my daughter, now 10, has started getting into reading a lot too.

I love reading.  I probably read between 10-15 books last year outside of the books/texts I had to read for grad classes.  However, with work being so insanely busy and demanding these days, picking up a new book is extremely difficult (finding the time, that is).

I love to read. It takes you away from the stress and drama of daily life. I love when it is raining and kind of cool outside. Snuggle up on the couch with a blanket and read. The simple pleasures in life are the greatest. ;D

My husband and I both love to read.  We can hardly pass up a book store, especially if it's full of old books, the mustier smelling, the better.  I love historical fiction and have read everything I can find by Eugenia Price.  I love to browse in the library, too.  I'm afraid I'll never warm up to the new book-reading devices.  The look and smell and feel of a book in my hands is all part of the reading experience that makes it all the more pleasurable.

My wife is a big time Mystery book reader. I don't think there is a mystery book that she hasn't read!! I like more of history and biography. I may read 2-3 book a year!!

I love to read. Last month I’ve ordered several nonfiction books to read from Amazon, however I haven’t gotten much time to relax properly to read them all yet. My free time is pretty much limited these days.  :'(

I love to sit on the porch in the sun on a cool day and read my nook.  My wife will read her kindle out there with me.  It's relaxing and plenty of free or almost free books out there for e readers.

Me! I always have one or two books going at the same time, usually a fiction and a non-fiction book.

I had a friend that loves to read and usually is reading several at the same time. Sometimes people would question her, asking whether she gets confused reading multiple books at the same time. Her answer is to ask how many TV series the person watches in the same season. The person usually gets her drift after that...

I like to read too. I am currently reading my first e-book on my phone. I actually like being able to open up my "book" with only a few taps on my phone, so I can read it anywhere.

I also had a waitress at a restaurant I frequent regularly recently let me borrow a book... Usually when I went to the restaurant, I'd go alone, so I'd bring a book to read, and she therefore noticed that I was a bookworm, too. A few weeks ago, she had mentioned Pillars of the Earth and shortly after she recommended it, I saw the mini-series on TV. So the next time I went in, we talked about it (she said the book is even better, so I'll have to go read it at some point), but then mentioned another book that she thought I'd like and happened to have it in her car, so I was able to borrow it.
