new FC surveys

Filled out my profile questions and completed a survey and got credits. However, the last 3 surveys have not worked out so well. When I launch the surveys they keep telling me I don't have the latest version of flash and that I should check it. I go and verify every time that I do have the current version running. When I go back to access the survey it tells me I have attempted survey already and that it's closed.
