Is the Paid to Post Offer Gone?

I went to fill out my request for December paid to post and I noticed the link has been replaced with a Fusion Cash Marketplace.  Does anyone know if that promo is stopped?  Just wondering and kinda bummed.  If not can someone give me the link cause I can't find it.

Still here.  Look at the top of this page.  There is a sentence under the Fusion Cash logo "Are you getting paid to post yet? "  Click the underlined paid to post and the form comes up.  I noticed that FC changed the was you access the page last month or the month before.  Good luck.
