You just post at least 30 contributory posts (related to the topic you're responding to -- whether answering a question, asking a question, or anything else contributing to the discussion) in a month. Then, on the top where it says "Are you getting paid to post yet?" you click on "paid to post" and it will bring you to a page (which also has the instructions on getting paid to post, and tells you what a contributory post is). Then, click on "forum bonus request form," and choose your 3 best posts for that month. Submit and you will get paid if you have followed all the directions
