The amount of posts you make really doesn't mean anything it just means they give you a label for the amount of posts you've been able to make.  It doesn't even really pose as a purpose for figuring out how much FC may owe you if they were to make a mistake on getting the posting bonus because they decide on whether your posts were substantially relevant or not and you have to keep track as to whether they are and submit your 3 example ID posts monthly that are included in your 30 substantial posts.
