In those brief moments at a public place and you glance over to someone else and sure enuff theyz watching you  . A security guard or a manager or an owner? What is they problem? LOL

at times it's good to look out of the corner of my eyes just to study others in public establishments and notice their reactions and behaviors.

I've had that feeling before....it felt like something invisible was crawling down my spine and the hairs on the back of my neck sort of stood up. When I looked around I found a really greasy looking guy staring at me. His eyes were saying something, but I didn't stick around long enough to find out what it was. CREEPY!

Yes I do tend to get that sometimes, I mean everyone has to look at something. I'd rather look at people rather than the ground.

Yes that happens to me all the time but I am always aware of my surroundings because there are alot of weirdo's and perv's around here.  I had this guy try to run me down with his truck after cornering me in a dead end street.  Mind you I was walking with my daughter in a stroller and my 12yr. old niece.  Scariest morning of my life, I will never go walking again after that.  Thank god there was an opening in the fence and the were people on the opposite side called 911.

Yes I have had that feeling, I feel like we all have . I think it is human nature to have feeling of this nature.  But yes, people do watch us everywhere.

Yes. I get that feeling both when I'm in public and when I'm alone....kinda creepy.

The thing that bothers me sometimes is when a woman dresses in a provocative low cut top, and then when you can't help but notice her attire, she looks at you like you assaulted her.  I'm not interested in her *bleep*, but they do sit right below her chin, so it's hard not to smile passing by and not notice them.  If a woman doesn't want another person noticing her curves, then don't leave them exposed.  And take compliment if someone notices you.  I'm not saying it's okay for someone to stare at you, or make obscene gestures, but sometimes the way you are dressed causes people to notice you.

No. Not really. I am usually pretty paranoid so I already know if I am being watched. It's just a thing with me.

  Security guards/managers/owners have every right to keep an eye on anyone that comes into their business, their "problem" is called s-h-o-p-l-i-f-t-e-r-s!

one isn't a shoplifter if one is sitting down at a table reading a book or newspaper. the guards and managers seem to have a 'paranoid' aura about them.

Yes, I've had this feeling plenty of times. And... I'm usually right when I turn around and catch the person
