BOTH! BUT I love the salty sweet taste of bacon

But if Im feeling too lazy to stand there and make it early in the morning I always have sausage to compensate lol

I just love bacon for anything. I know its unhealthy but I find different ways to incorporate bacon into everything.

I would much rather have bacon but if I can't have bacon I also enjoy summer sausage.
