Paid surveys
« on: February 11, 2012, 01:41:29 pm »
I get rejected for most of the surveys I try. I've heard that others don't, and that they are doing surveys like crazy and earning. It's not that I don't clean my cache, ( I do every day before I access the site. I think it's my age..I'm 64. That would be sad if it was age discrimination. Can I hear from other older members? ( I hope I'm not the only senior on here  :BangHead:

i'm in my 30's, but i know there are other older folks on here.  i don't know how they do on the surveys, but most of the survey companies are looking for different type people, different races, different ages for different surveys.  every survey will be different.  there may be one where they want someone young, and the next one, they want someone older.  it just varies everytime.  don't give up.  you may find that you have some great luck at the surveys at some point in the future.

If you are disqualified because of age, I don't think that it's age discrimination. Rather they may need people that fit a specific demographic for a specific or certain product, or for the company who they make the surveys for.

I personally think that a lot of the time (if it's a PRODUCT survey) they are looking for younger people as they may more often be the targeted consumer group that the product company may be aiming towards. But that's just my own opinion, and I don't have any proof whatsoever that this is the case.

How come it won't play?
