Cashout Question

If your cashout is not accepted, will your credits resume back to the amount you had? I just cashed out and reset my totals.

I have never had a cash out be denied however my understand is that if one is to be denied it's cause you're over the 180 days and it caused your total to drop below the $25 minimum ($15 in offers) requirement or you dropped below that because an offer itself ended up being denied. So safest bet is to always cash out well over the $25/$15 total so if in fact that happens you have some leway. Otherwise yes everything else will just go back to your total for the next cashout

Thanks. I had some idea of that but wasn't sure.

Once you request your cash out, all credits go into a special "pending cashout" status and even if the credits age to more than 180 days while your cashout is pending, they will not expire -- and will not cause your cashout to drop below the $15/25 minimum.

If, however, another of your offer credits gets reversed and that causes your minimum to drop below the $15/25 minimum and your cash out to be denied, then all credits go back into your account (including the reversal).  At this point, if any of the credits are over 180 days, they will expire.
