A good bbq.  where we all bring salads and no one person has to do all the cooking. Good company and good food.

Before my mother passed away we would do the traditional ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, deviled eggs, etc. for Easter dinner.  My family is not too crazy about any of those foods other than the ham and green beans so we don't have any special dinner menu.

ham, mashed potatos rolls veggies and my moms receipe for baked beans my fave and then for desert we have the banana waffer dessert love it.. :wave:

Easter is traditionally the kickoff for our BBQ season so we will be haveing hamburgers and hotdogs with chips, maybe some jello and potato salad.
