We would then be charged to use the card and monthly fees. Thats all I have found across the net.

I have debit cards already, so it does not matter one way or another.  It would be nice, but I understand that it is not a feasible idea.  Fees would get charged either way, one way or another, so why do it. I also have a Paypal account, but I don't really trust it. :o ??? :o
