I've been experiencing dry and itchy eyes along with a stuffy nose. My sinuses are something I have to deal with year round. If it gets really bad I put a tbsp or 2 of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water or juice (juice kills the taste of apple cider vinegar somewhat) and drink that and it clears everything up.

A friend of mine told me that drinking beet juice is good for sinus problems. I buy cans of beets and eat the beets then drink the juice. It has helped me reduce the amount of sinus headaches I was having. You can add vinegar to the juice if you like pickled beets to improve the taste.

My allergies have been fine, this winter. but with spring starting and the hay and alfalfa starting into growing with every cutting my allergies will get bad.

It has been terrible this year because the weather didn't change enough for long enough.  It has just been one big allergy "season!"
