Survey offer to test product at home - is this legit?
« on: March 15, 2012, 02:48:23 pm »
I just did a survey that asked me at the end if I'd like to try some products (pretzels) at home that they would send me and I'd complete a form and submit my answers online and they'd mail me $30.  I was excited so I put my name, address and phone in and now I'm nervous.  Has anyone else gotten this offer?  This was part of the FC Paid Surveys for today.  Any insight on this?

I did one a couple months ago. Fusion Cash gave me $11 for it and then I got a $30 gift card, so I would assume it is legit.

I completed this survey today and was offered the same extra bonus home survey. I have done other home product surveys offered here on FC before and they have always been completely safe and legit. I am hoping to get the second phase this survey because I have only ever received free product before and not a cash incentive and I  thought free product was cool, $30 dollars now that's doubly cool.

Wow congrats!

I remember the screener for that one. I thought for sure I was going to be selected, but for whatever reason I screened out towards the end.

I just finished a test for laundry detergent. I got two nice size bottles for free, plus the incentive. The amount I'll be getting for that one slips my mind at the present, but getting the two laundry detergent bottles was a nice little bump all for itself.

I just started another product test, but again under the terms I'm not supposed to say what the product is until after the test is over. This test will run about 15 days and pay me $35 when it's done.

I love these product tests :)

These product test are legit. I have done several before. They didn't offer an additional incentive but i liked getting to try new products.

That one sounds awesome, too bad I didn't get it lol

I recently did one for toilet paper though, just can't remember if it was for FC or IBD. Guess I'll see if/when I get the payout otherwise I still got 2 free rolls of toilet paper lol

I test products all  of the time so yes it is legit. I've always gotten paid for the follow-up surveys too.

Where can I sign up for this? I want free products and cash too?

I got something like this for cigarettes on another website. The payout was 35$ and it was a month long study. I would have jumped at it if I weren't trying to quit. If only I had found it a few months ago! I'm hoping to see something for cleaning supplies, though. I love cleaning supplies.

I don't know about that specific survey, however, often the sample offers I sign up for ask if I'm willing to send back a survey form, and recently I had a well-known water filter company ask me to test their pitcher for six months and sent me one.  So I wouldn't be surprised.  Just make sure you send back their form or respond to any e-mails they send you.

Oh my goodness - in the two years I've been doing surveys here and everywhere else, I have gotten so many test products and incentives.  I once got a twenty dollar check for testing three cans of broth!  Often, it's just the test products, but they sure come in handy.  I've gotten frozen dinners, jugs of cat litter, boxes of canned cat food, laundry detergent, antiseptic wipes, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels - cookies, too!  These are the best surveys IMO!
End the suffering!  Get your cats - and all strays and ferals - spayed and neutered!

That one was odd for me. I was excited to get the free carton, but when I went to do the follow up survey, it said I didn't qualify  :dontknow:  OK, whatever.

Good luck with quitting!! I had switched over to the e-cigarettes in a step to quit, but then fell out of the habit and went back to regular cigarettes. I'm going to give it a try again, once my free carton is gone LOL!
