It is very easy and I learn things by reading other people's posts.  I have received payment for every one I have submitted.

As long as you apply for it you get paid. A couple of times I did not get in at the end of the month to apply for my posts so now I try to do that around the 25th just to be sure its in.

Yes it works. I have been posting for about a year and I get my 3.00 everytime. It takes about 2 months to receive each payment though.
