Nosy Neighbors

I've never heard of that kind of problem with neighbors. Who would want to know that unless they are trying to steal your information. Do you have firewall, antivirus programs, etc.. ?

I cant stand nosy neighbors i had a neighbor one time that everytime i even went outside she was looking out her windows at me and she would even come outside and sit on her porch and just stare at my house. She really creeped me out i am so glad we moved lol !!!!

I dislike when you are sitting home and a cop pulls up and says some came and knocked on your door to report a sick and skinny dog in your breeze way, and you show the dog to the officer and he says that he is not sure what the person was talking about because your dog looks fine...

The only time I have been "nosy", so to speak, was when it has affected my life and well being in my household, or the situation occurring gets out of control.  I have helped my neighbors keep their extremely drunk friend from driving home, I have told neighbors with their noisy supped-up cars to shut it so my child  could get to sleep at night. I have stood between a neighbor and her psyco-ex  who was threatening her with a gun, breaking in to her car, and trying to harm her and her family(there were children involved). I have intervened with a neighbor who was beating the crap out of his girl one night at their apartments(he was cooking meth in there and eventually, the place was condemned and boarded up), I have helped my friend and neighbor cope with her son who has oppositional defiant dissorder and aspergers syndrome, I have also helped a neighbor out that had bipolar dissorder keep from killing her husband(She eventually had another episode, and tried to stab him again. I got home from work right after it happened, and she ran up to me and said she attempted to stab him, right in front of the cops on the scene! At that point, good sumaritan or not, it was out of my hands. The police had given her an ultimatum as far as domestic violence goes.)

You see, It all depends on what you consider to be "nosy". Sometimes, I just feel like I need to step in certain situations to help. It's just necessary to me.

The world needs more people like you, tzs. In your case I think you're confusing the term nosy with altruism.

We have one, the oor old coot. He is starting to lose it so we put up with him. Have heard the same stories a 100 times or more.He gets up real early and can't understand why he is the only one. His way of thinks is everyone should be up and about like he is. Of course he sleeps a lot in the daytie wheneveryone else is working and is in bed by 7p.m.. But his wife is really nice and she trys to keep him on an even keel. But there are times//////////.

some people have nothing else better to do. I mean, its great to earn some money online, but why have neighbors checking up on you, as if were plotting something against them?

Oh my.. I have had nosey neighbors, noisey neighbors, dirty neighbors, creepy neighbors, scarry neighbors, and some that...well there's no words to describe how insanely off the beaten path they were. I'm glad most of them moved but the ones that were entertaining, now I kinda miss them.

Why would you need 'security', (let alone a hypothetical supernatural entity), when all _you'd_ have to do is start babbling your usual inanities at 'em?  They'd probably flee quicker than any functioning synapses you had did.

I haven't had any problems lately with nosy neighbors but I do have some very NOISY neighbors.

I don't like it when HOA people go around and cite you for having one weed in your yard. That happened to us a bunch of years ago. We worked hard almost every day of the week to manicure our lawn. These people must have nothing better to do than to find one weed! Our neighbors had a yard full. I don't think they were ever warned. So glad that I now live somewhere that has no HOA.

I must admit nosey neighbors can be annoying, but i'm thankful for mine. If it weren't for her being nosey my house would of been robbed.
