Thinking about buying a tablet for fusioncash
« on: March 20, 2012, 08:17:25 am »
I am thinking about getting a tablet for the surveys here and I am looking at the different tablets available. The one thing that I can't seem to figure out is, how will the surveys work on a tablet with an android operating system? Some survey like to be taken on IE, some on Firefox. How do videos stream?

The tablet I am looking at is called a Le Pan TC 970

Well some of the tablets have ie and msn etc on them for being able to get connected to internet.  I just bought some off ebay from a US seller.  Will let ya know what happens for me with them.   :cat:

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I do not think that you can access Fusion Cash on a tablet any longer. I have an IPad and was able to access FC last September when I was on vacation. However, it was with some difficulty. Other members have been posting that they can no longer access FC on a tablet.  :crybaby2:

I am able to do surveys for other sites on my IPad. It works ok but I prefer a computer.

Thank you so much for the advice. I was just looking for a cheaper alternative to a new laptop. Laptop it is, then. I would miss FC if I couldn't have access to it.

Yeah, from what I am reading from other member's posts, we can no longer access Fusion Cash from a tablet or smart phone. I am going on vacation for two weeks the end of June and I will have an IPad with me but unless things change, I will not be accessing Fusion Cash those two weeks. I will be missing Fusion Cash.   :crybaby2:  Maybe things will change back to where we can access Fusion Cash on a tablet or smart phone by late June.  :dontknow: One can always hope.

Whatever you use, make sure you do it from your HOME NETWORK or use a remote control software to run your home computer.

I had no problem using my ipad last summer for surveys, daily email, and ptc.  I haven't used it in awhile for any of those and I will be sad if I can't access fusioncash any longer through my ipad when traveling.   Boo Hoo!

You guys can discuss and pontificate all you like, but read the Terms Of Service at the bottom of this page and find:

Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

If you use your Fusioncash from a Smartphone or Tablet network (or even a laptop on a WI-FI network away from home), how do you guarantee there are not other Fusioncash users on that same network?

SIMPLE, get remote access software and run your home computer while you are away.

I use an android tablet and the only thing I can access is the forum and maybe some of the surveys. The daily offer and videos do not work so I have to do those from either my desktop or laptop.....   :(

My iPad does connect to the internet via my home network because I only log on when I'm home.

When I joined FusionCash and some other survey panels (and even advertising sources such as traffic exchanges) I was surprised at how limited they are with mobile devices. Why haven't they taken advantage of mobile platforms already? I've used my iPad at home on my home network and it just doesn't work well (not for FusionCash, but other survey sites).

I guess it's just easier to track a person if you bind them to a single IP. I think they (FusionCash and other survey sites) should up their technology and start including mobile devices. One would think it would pull in more profit for them; but maybe that's why they haven't bothered with it.

I've found 3 or 4 survey apps for the iPad, but they are just bad.
