Funny you should ask, I just had some tonight.  My favorite is plain Lays potato chips with homemade french onion dip, but tonight I experimented with herb/onion/garlic from my herb and spice collection.  (I didn't feel like cooking.)  I also like tortilla chips and homemade salsa.  I don't buy commercial dips anymore since I discovered they have MSG.  Homemade is so much better anyway.

Definitely Wavy Lays and Prairie Farms French Onion Dip.   However, I also love Artisan Black Bean chips with On the Border Salsa  Just depends on my mood.
