How music affects your everyday life
« on: April 10, 2012, 04:53:37 am »
I enjoy listen to music. If you listen to it closely you will clearly hear a message and everyday life situations. I think if we only lived on music the world would be a better place. It stimulates the brain and sometimes help other remember the simpliest things.

There is evidence that, over time, your language skills, creativity, happiness, and more, can improve with regular musical therapy.

It makes me feel relax and calm. You can feel different feelings and emotions when you are listening music.

Music relaxes me and eases my mind.  Music is also a wonderful stress reliever.  Have a great day!

When I clean my house i turn on the music to get me moving. Another reason music affects me is to excercise the faster the music the more calories I burn.

Music is a big part of my everyday life. It soothes my stress, and helps me concentrate better, as well as improving memory, because it occupies the imagination/ daydream part of my brain so that it doesn't interfere with my practical part of my brain.

Music is something that I couldn't live without. Its been that way my entire life, from preschool to college and now. My parents and my brother where the ones that influenced my musical choices. Whenever we traveled, we listened to great music, and everytime I hear certain songs, its brings me back to such wonderfull moments in my life with my family. I definitely intend to continue the music tradition in my family as well. My daughter is already quite the singer, and she's only 3 yrs old. She's also learning how to play the violin as well!!

I don't know what I would do without music, it soothes my soul, and it saved my life........

It helps when I'm at work.  I listen to iHeart radio almost all the time. It helps break up the monotonous and the quietness of the office.  hehehe  :)  I also listen to music when I'm house cleaning...somehow it makes it go faster and a little more fun.  :)

I love to listen to all different types of music on a daily basis cuz it relaxes me and helps me focus on things that need some undivided attention. I would venture to say that everyone needs some type of music playing through their head at least once a day to be sane anymore...

I've always got iTunes radio playing in the house.  Music is perfect for any time of day...even while I am sleeping.  Yes, even sleeping.  I find that tejano or cumbia works really well to put me in the perfect relaxed mood.  The rest of the day could be anything...80's, pop, death metal, even classical....just no country..can't do country...unless it's the old stuff.  You know...Waylon, Cash, Jones...ect
