Some times I wear sunglasses while I am on the computer. It seems to help a bit.

I live in Illinois, normally I do not have to many allergy problems at all but this year has been different, I have had so many sinus headaches, runny noses, etc...don't know why this year has been do different but I do know it sucks!!

Tell me about it. Everyday I feel like I have sand in my eyes and they are always watering. I will be so glad when this season is over even my allergy meds are not working as well as they used to, I hate it.

I really dont know why but for the last couple of days at times I have took some gosh awful sneezing spells.  These usually happen early in the morning!

so far summer has been ok some days I get a bad headache but mostly been pretty good.

I was just reading the other day that "nettle" works wonders for allergies.
