Yes I know the feeling I suffer with allergies all year long and it is no fun I have indoor allergies and outdoor allergies. The worst is an allergen to dust and it always drives me nuts.

Allergies Are At Their Worse Yet! I`m Miserable!
Allergies are pretty common. Both genes and environmental factors play a role.

The immune system normally protects the body against harmful substances, such as bacteria and viruses. It also reacts to foreign substances called allergens, which are generally harmless and in most people do not cause a problem.

But in a person with allergies, the immune response is oversensitive. When it recognizes an allergen, it releases chemicals such as histamines. which fight off the allergen. This causes allergy symptoms.

i hate allergies. they are really kicking my butt so far this year. The thing that I have found to help me is to have a air conditioner. when the weather gets warm enough for some reason the air helps my allergies and to help me breath better when I sleep. maybe this will help some of you. I have to be allergic to everything. Perfume, pollen, flowers, cut grass, straw and hay(i hate haying season), rag weed just to name a few. My husband has allergies too. he takes two nose sprays and eye drops. I take one pill twice a day. this is how i felt this morning with a bad sinus headache :BangHead:

I don't normally have spring allergies ... mine are more in the winter when the house is closed up.
I am usually more allergic to my animals rather than pollen .. but .. this year has been terrible even
for me.

You know the pollen is bad when my black car gets wash and 2 days later is covered in yellow pollen

My allergies were doing pretty good this year up until a couple days ago - then whammo!  Don't know what just decided to bloom, but I hope its pollen producing period is quick!

I know I get shots every month and I still have them. I basically have done nothing but cough for the last 6 months.

Sorry to hear so many people are suffering...but glad to learn that I am not alone.  I think my allergies have been worse this year than ever....i wonder if it has anything to do with having such a very mild (almost No) winter .....
and i can't seem to find any OTC meds that work at all
