Butter is better for baking and does taste better. I use mostly butter and olive oil (both in moderation). Margarine is only about one molecular bond away from being plastic, yuck!!

I have read that before.  I stick with real butter.  I like extra virgin olive oil, and also virgin coconut oil.

I use butter, olive oil and grapeseed oil. They are all natural products.

It depends on where u will use it. I prefer butter for frying and stuff but margarine is perfect for baking...

Watch the fat content in both butter and margarine. I prefer butter.

definitely butter. i use evoo, extra virgin olive oil,
in almost everything i cook in a pan. butter for a spread
or for baking though.
