Have you ever read a Kafka story?

I seriously think that the reason he wanted his friend to burn his works,
is because his works aren't actually works, but his personal journal of everyday
events that took place in his life that had left him a scar.

Have you ever read any of his works?  I've read almost everything he's ever written.  "The Trial," is a masterpiece of literature.  I suggest that you read some of what he's written before you try to analyze what his writings might mean.

The less we know about any subject, the more opinions we allow ourselves to have about that subject.

My own quote.

LOL I have. I currently have the complete stories for my junior english class right now.
I'm not saying I'm right, it's just my thought. It could be debatable.
I just find it interesting how his stories relate to his life so much.

Like from him having laryngeal tuberculosis he couldn't eat at one point anymore and eventually died
from TB. And then The Hunger Artist was one of his last works? is what I've been told.

Or like in the Metamorphosis where Gregor's family has family debt which he works to pay off. That's what Kafka
did as well for his family.

I'm entitled to having my opinions and so are you.

And i'm sorry if you feel like i'm turning such a good piece of work to garbage.

I read "The Metamorphosis" while in high school.  I just remember thinking wow, what a sad and depressing story that was.
