I sent and Email inquiring where my bonus incentive is, as it has been more than 7-10 days for me also since I have completed the survey. They responded back and said that it should arrive by Friday.

Well, it is Friday and I have gotten my mail and still no bonus incentive. Anybody else?

I was wondering if anyone got their bonus. I thought mine got lost in the mail or something like that. Seems  7-10 days is maybe 7-10 months. We'll see.

I qualified too  , I wonder why some don't qualify Well i'm happy I did.   

It may have filled up. There are plenty of reasons.

I never saw the 20.00 bonus from that one yet.  Don't think they'll be sending it.  What's worse for me is I got that survey through another avenue so I got less on the front end as well.

I got the $10.50 from FC but never got the $20 bonus either. I've given up on that one showing up.

WOW!!! I just sent another email since I got no response to the last one I sent and they replied that they would put the money in my PayPal ASAP or send me out a card if I verified my mailing address. I replied and said PayPal would be great. In less than 5 minutes, I had $20 in my PayPal from them. It would not hurt to email them again. If you need the email address, let me know.
