What's the point of support tickets?
« on: April 29, 2012, 12:24:49 pm »
I mean honestly, there's no point in sending support tickets.I always get the same "sorry but there's nothing we can do about it" reply.

I sent a support ticket for the Ubokia offer that didn't credit and I showed ample proof that I did the offer.(I'm actually still trying the site) It just bugs me that even if you show proof, they still can't credit you. :angry7:

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I disagree, having submitted 3 support tickets concerning possible glitches involved and had them resolved, (either resulting in payment credit or, indicating that the problem was at the provider's end and not FC's).

If your whining about your support tickets don't get resolved when they are resolved for others, maybe the problem is you.

I understand your frustration when offers don't credit and you don't get help from FC getting the offer approved by the advertiser.  If FC doesn't get paid neither will you.

I no longer do regular offers because of that frustration.  I stick with the dailys and surveys.  And if things don't credit when they should, I'm not out much -- but I still let FC know -- just in case they can/are able to do something.

If the advertiser has your email from another of it's offers, that will usually result in "no credit".  One of the reasons why folks use unique email addresses for each offer.  (Another reason why I no longer do offers -- just too much recordkeeping.)

You're right about that, FC would lose money if they paid everyone for every offer that doesn't credit for them. You have to understand that not everyone has a 100% success rate with offers crediting, even the best of us can't get every offer approved. I think the best thing to do is talk about the offer with other members in the forum. You get a better understanding on how well the offer will credit and if anyone else is experiencing problems getting a specific offer approved.

FusionCash pretty much gives you a straight answer and then close the ticket. LOL!

My support ticket I had awhile ago I was told they would look into the situation but never got further feedback and the ticket was closed but there was never a problem with what I was worried about.  I think it's important to understand that if you don't truly want to commit to an offer and aren't just doing it to earn the rewards because otherwise if the offer doesn't credit you it could be very frustrating and I've noticed people get very frustrated and show their frustration on the forums.  I'll be the first one to admit when an offer doesn't credit me I get frustrated but I try not to choose offers I can't make use out of or I am unsure of.  If people were to just do any offer and not worry about what the offer would do for them we all may not be on here out of frustration.

I agree its like they just give you a smug general answer that they got from some database and of course its never their fault its always something you did. Well perhaps the people who programmed the fusion cash site did a poor job of programming it. It gives random meaningless messages and then their solution "oh maybe you clicked to fast or maybe you have already taken the survey". Well if I have already taken the survey why did you send me an invite to take the survey. Its so sensitive to do surveys here you might as well waste your time somewhere else at least you get paid better for your time on other sites and they actually attempt to resolve your problems.

You're suggesting that FC support is automated/programmed with "smug" responses just because you don't like the answers?  That's a hoot.

Well if I have already taken the survey why did you send me an invite to take the survey.

How would the pre-qualifying portion if a survey determine whether or not you'd taken that survey before, (possibly on another site), until you attempted to take it again?  If you're going to jump to specious conclusions based upon being disgruntled, it may be that FC, (and the ability to reason), are not for you.

'If FC does not show your referrals as signing up under your FC username, either something glitched, (others and myself have valid FC referrals), your sister is using the same IP address as you are to log onto FC and/or your friend simply told you she'd signed up but, hasn't yet.  These are mentioned as possibilities, not certainties.'

Participation on FC is voluntary; if you feel you need to quit after not considering sufficient possibilities, (such as the above), that's your decision to make.

she used the referral link provided to me by FC on the referral page, used her own computer in a completely different city and forwarded me her email from FC where she received confirmation. It doesn't get more exact.

another friend did the same exact thing.

I think it is a glitch. it has to be. i don't want to quit, but i am also not getting credit for completed offers, where my checking account has been charged and I have proof of other completed surveys, there's a total of at lease $5 in daily's.  all i get from support, "we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do." "We sympathize with your frustration", and "fail due to reasons outside of our control." i just don't want to waist my time.

when does support ever actually help? why can't they prove that this is my friend and sister and put my referrals where they belong? it only seems like the right thing to do.

'Okay, one thing that I can suggest to you is to re-send your referral link to them, (they may have to 'quit' FC if they're actually signed up ... in fact, you may want to have them do that anyway - that way, they'll know if they're members of FC already or not), and have them sign up 'again'.
I have no idea if this will work since I've never tried it.  Have a go at it?'

@falcon: There is a potentially huge 'problem' that can result if they follow this advice.

Listed in the T.O.S. under "Membership"
C. *Cancellation/Deletion. If you wish to "cancel" or "delete" your account, you may do so by clicking here (login required). Note that deactivated accounts are not recoverable under any circumstances, and you may not create another account at any point after deactivation.*

Just a heads up... ;)

My mistake for not reading that section of the TOS.  I withdraw the suggestion. Thanks, jdog.
All the referrals in question have to do to determine if they are registered members is see if they can log in to FC.  If they can't, they aren't.  If they can and used the referrer's link, they'd show as referrals.  If they didn't, they won't.

I don't have any referrals yet, so can't help in that department, but I've always found fc very helpful when I've placed a support ticket.
