Try Melatonin.... Its natural, so it's non-habit forming too. It will help you FALL asleep but it doesn't help KEEP you asleep!

I am going to agree with Melatonin.  Maybe, if you see it recommended enough, you will try it.  I can't take Benadryl or anything because it gives me nightmares and I am tired for half the next day.  Melatonin naturally occurs in your brain.  The best way I can describe it is instead of making your body tired, it makes your brain stop thinking so much.  Many times, my body was exhausted but my brain wouldn't turn off.  Melatonin is the only thing that ever helped and there are no after effects the next day.  And I didn't try it until someone bought it for me because I didn't think it would help.  Well, it does!  Try it.  Seriously.
