Getting Help from Support

I sent a message a couple of days ago asking about my credits.  I cannot find a response to is anywhere.  Can someone help me find my way around this email site?  I don't see where to go to find a reply if there was one.  thanks, Lbeery55

If your talking about the forum it would be up above this box and it says my messages. That is where you would get your messages that come to you.
