my direct deposit,change to check?????

I cashed out on the 20th of last month and my cash out was set for direct deposit.I never changed it and now it says check .has anyone ever had this problem?? It wont let me reset my account so now what??

When you are in your account (the page that shows all your offer approvals, etc) - look at the top. There is a tab that says "support" - use that to contact admin about your payment.
