10xC survey error?

Did anyone else see this survey pop up under their daily offers section?  It was for $1.50 and it says not all members will qualify.  The only problem is I didn't even get a chance to qualify because it took me to a blue page with black text saying I've reached the page in error.  Anyone else have this happen to them?
