I often make my macaroni salad the exact way I make my potato salad but only substitute pasta for potatoes. Maybe if you try your potato salad recipe with macaroni you'll like it.

I Love salads especially in the summer. My favorite is suddenly salad. I also like a good Chef's salad. I or my wife like to make a big bowl of salad and then just eat it for dinner one night with some Italian bread and then pick at the left overs.

I love all kinds of salads but not so much on potato salads, but green salads has to have mushrooms I hate when they don't have mushrooms.  My brother in law and I had a salad making contest and he won!   who thought he could beet a women on salad but actually he has been cooking a lot around here and he is really good but that is rare.
