I go to church weekly and love my sunday school class.  I have learned so much through the years.

Nothing however, was learned of critical thinking though.

One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

We have an active church life; we wouldn't know how to act if going to church regurlarly wasn't an option for us.

I go to church each week and I thank God that we have the right to worship without having to worry about being persecuted or killed.

Such cannot be accurately attributed to a hypothetical religious egregore; that "right" is granted by the U.S. constitution, (being a secular type of 'egregore').  This renders the attribution to some hypothetical supernatural being as false.

I used to. I haven't gone in many years but in the past few months I have been feeling like I should go. I'm not even sure what I believe. I just want a quiet place to go to think about things going on in my life and not be disturbed and think about people in my life who are sick or need some help. I guess everyone will think of the church in a different way but lately that is what has been on my mind.

I am a member of a wonderful little country church, Little Sandy Baptist Church, located in Greenup County, KY.  We are an independent Baptist Church who believes and teaches the Gospel.  We support many missionaries worldwide.

Then there is essentially no significant difference between that "church" and the Westboro Baptist church, (they're both "Baptist" and both overtly proselytize religious propaganda).

Yes, there is a BIG difference in our church as to the Westboro Baptist Church.  Our goal is to glorify Jesus Christ - not to make a mokery of God's Holy Word.
Have a wonderful day!

i dont know, but i use to a very long time ago, was even babtized in an old dirty cow pond. im not sure if the real reason is just being lazy or im just so tired of being told dont do this or that then find out the very people that told you that are the ones doing it. i know i got tired of being judged on what i wore to church. was it good enough, was it too much, did it come from the right store.

I haven't been to church since I was old enough to stop being forced to go by my parents.
