5 Times a week I do the ripped in 30 work out by Jillian Michaels! IT IS WONDERFUL! Occasionally i run on the treadmill for a mile and a half or however long i feel like that day. On days off, i try to walk up and down my stairs as much as i can, and shh but i like to run around my house still! Also, a great work out i have found, is playing with my dog, she likes to chase people so if i start running in the yard or the house, she chases me, workout for me and her!
