what?

if you drive 20 minutes south of atlanta, youre still in middle georgia. youd still have about an hour before you hit macon..

youre not "south georgia" until you hit 78/278 and THEN drive south another 30 minutes - 1 hour. (at least)

so, a good 2 hours of driving south of atlanta will put you in south georgia. (and thats with minimal traffic in good weather... AND youre hauling *bleep*)

south SIDE of georgia.... well thats a new one on me... but i'd imagine that to be albany or savannah... (4-6 hours, hauling *bleep* from atlanta)
