Are you talking about a new Fusion Cash account?? If so, No. The only reason they tell you to watch out with the ISP stuff is to make sure that nobody else has an account in your house or on your internet connection. You will be fine.

I did not have any problems when I moved from dial-up to Comcast Cable DLS.  My cable ISP is unique to me and no one else uses it so there is no problem with someone else using my ISP and having a FC account

Unless someone hijacks/piggybacks the wireless connection, but that's unlikely.

There's no need to worry that could not affect your account, but creating a new account could affect your current one.

What if you take your laptop and go to Starbucks or Mcdonalds with Free WiFi. Can you sign into your Fusion Cash account using their Free WiFi? Will your FC account be terminated.

The answer is the same as posted on the other post you asked this on, yes you can be terminated.

Really? You can be terminated for using your laptop at a wi-fi outside of your (usual) location? I don't move my computer around, mind you, but I wasn't aware of this rule...

The problem is that the ISP (hot-spot wireless) is not unique to your account.  Anyone could be using it and if they also have an FC account and access their FC account using this public ISP both of you would lose your accounts.  That's why the FC terms stress that you should not use public computers (ie library's, hotels etc).  Even when you use your own computer, it's the ISP that is being checked and more than 2 FC accounts on the same ISP is a NO-NO.
