No they r fake coz sometime the people in da show don't act like a real person would in real life.

It really depends on the show. Some are definitely are staged.

You have some that are real and most of the time you see some that do not look all that real; by the way they could be staged. I wonder sometimes if they could actually be real.

No, they are not real. They still are "acting" - they are just not real "actors." They still have to do certain things to make the show interesting.

Every reality show is based on real events except for the parts where the directors give the people on the show little lines to say to spice up some drama or anything to make the show more entertaining.

Most of them seemed scripted. It is just hard to believe that a person can act that natural with a camera in their face. those shows emulate reality. For example when a character is sharing their thoughts on something that just happened in a previous scene, footage has to reviewed. Things that happen in the show may not be planned but the cast is still given scenarios to play out. Shows like Cops are "real" for the most part, it's not a person auditions to get slammed on the ground.

I think some are, but some aren't.  I'm not of a big fan of that genre so I avoid them but I'm constantly amazed at some of the weird things people say or do when you'd swear the person has more brain than that.

All of the people "chosen" are given a persona and a script to follow..
In every single show they know who is going to win before the season starts.
Just like W.W.E. wrestling, MMA, UFC and all the other crap.

Just a bunch of paid actors.

I think the idea may be to draw viewers in and convince them that what they see is real, if only for a little while; "real" can be relative, and I don't think it is nearly as fixed and solid as a lot of us like to think.

Yeah, I don't think they are real either.  But they are entertaining. I like the housewives shows, they really go at it a lot of the time.  They are all so phony and I think they are just doing it for the $$$ anyway.
