i know this is about cereal but since i have been pregnant the sight of mcdonalds food makes me wanna puke. today im feeling better so we went to mcdonalds for breakfast and i had a big breakfast with no hot cakes. i was able to hold it down but i wasnt able to finish the whole thing so i had to take the biscuit and put it on a plate on the stove for later.

I like to put Cheerios in the bottom of the bowl and Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top.  Slice some banana over the top and then add all the blueberries the bowl will hold (hopefully they don't go rolling off).  Add milk.  Chow down.  YUM!

+1 for Cap'n Crunch.  When i was a kid i would eat all the yellow (soggies) first and save the delicious crunch berries for last.  Even now i still feel the urge.

All that talk about cereals made me hungry. Most days I eat hot cereal even in the summer...have since a kid, oatmeal and wheatena. Eat the oatmeal with fruit and rice, almond or soy milk. But in the winter on mornings when there is snow to shovel, load it up with fruit, nuts, yogurt and lots of other stuff for energy. On fun days its just, Special K with Red Berries, Honey Toasted Oats, Frosted Flakes, Barbaras Shredded Spoonful or one of the new ones I found a a store near the mall. Never heard of these before.

I dont eat cereal for breakfast. When I am home, I eat what I call the "Old Farts Breakfast" 2 soft boiled eggs, sauteed spinach, and prune juice.
When I eat out for breakfast, it is always a mushroom tomato and spinach omelet, hash browns, wheat toast and orange juice.
