Yes, I have gotten this before. I think they just want to verify your identity. I clicked off and did not do the offer. I don't want my credit card number floating all around just to earn a little, who knows they may take everything you have.

You do not have to give your cc in order to receive credit. It finally appeared in my offers, and all I entered was my email address.

Correct, the requirements state to enter email address. It doesn't require you to give all the personal info and credit card info. I was going bananas yesterday because everybody seemed to have this offer except me. But Administrator came to the rescue and prompted us to try early the next day because the offer has a daily cap. I followed advice and tried early today and there it was. I don't know how long it took to credit because when I gave my email and let the credit card page open, I had to go to have breakfast, I came back an hour later and it was credited, it could have taken anywhere from 5 mins to an hour for what I know.
