I always shop at grocery stores just out of habbit. Recently I was at a grocery store and I used coupons and had to pay tax on them. What gives.

I only shop at grocery stores. They're closer to my house, so it saves on gas.

I almost always shop at grocery stores.  I get that buying in bulk saves money, I just don't like buying bulk items.

Club stores like Costco or Sam’s Club prices may seem like a great deal for families, however as a single person I don’t find that practical to spend a lot for just one person.

Grocery stores are better in my opinion because they have sales, and you can use coupons. You don't have to pay upfront membership fees for shopping at grocery stores. I used to have Costco membership, but I have not renewed it.

I shop more frequently at grocery stores, but I also make up the cost of membership with my associated warehouse access by bulking on certain products. I also enjoy the warehouse experience, especially the free sample snacking.

I would have to say "grocery store"..........I have no need for 144 pairs of socks or 50 pounds of cheese> LOL :dontknow:
I would think that people that do buy strictly from a wholesale club are buying a whole lot of prepackaged crap.

Grocery store. I find that if I buy bulk, we just use more!

Grocery store, the warehouse stores are too far away and with us being empty nesters, we don't need to buy in bulk!

It depends on what you need.  I shop if I just need a few items, but I shop at Sam's if there are items that I use on a daily basis because it is cheaper.
