what is your favorite part o the summer?

The longer days and more sunlight. I tend to get depressed in the winter when there isn't a lot of light, and when it's too cold to go outside. In the summer I'm outside more, plus I exercise more which helps too.

Darn it! That's it! I tried to pick just one, but I can't. There is just too much I love about summer to pick just one thing. Longer days, swimming, cookouts, carnivals/fairs, not freezing my ars off, camping, gardening, hanging on the porch or in the backyard, roasting marshmallows, farmers markets, miniature golf, hiking, biking, tubing, whitewater rafting, etc... There's just too much for me to choose just one!

My favorite part of summer is August 31st, then I know fall is right around the corner, which is my favorite time of year.  I just wish it lasted longer.  Here in MN. the winters are long.  I hate winter and the cold.   


But, my next favorite is spring, because then I can start gardening.

Going 4 wheeling especially on a clear night!!  We have a place to ride down along the Mississippi river that is always a highlight of our summer fun!!
