I use mediacal MMJ. you have to have a doctors prescription. Then you have to get a lincense to qualify. I am going to try the hair vitamins too.

I just ordered some vitamins called hair skin and nails. I am going to make an apppointment with my dr. too because I noticed lately when I get real upset or stressed I get these pains in my lower back and I am really afraid it might be something serious.

try Aveeno shampoo and conditioner. I had the same problem and no other shampoo works for me, this seems to be the only thing that helps. It seems to take a few weeks to see a difference but it has really helped me, and if you have a frizzy hair problem too like me, it is awesome for that!!!
