My favorite vegetable is yellow squash.  My mom makes the best yellow squash casserole.  I also love okra.  Fried okra is delicious!

i love corn but my favorite is asparagus cooked in virgin olive oil and garlic

totally love corn and the asparagus (either broiled or grilled is awesome)--but my favorite would have to be sugar snap peas cooked in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper--so good!!!!

I know they are in the same family, but I like brusell (sp?) sprouts and cabbage, I also like brocolli.

Isn't a potato considered a vegetable?  I think so... if so, then my favorite vegetables are a tie between potato chips and french fries!
