i like scramable eggs, broil eggs

When I mention broiled eggs people thing I mean boiled or that I am crazy. (Baked eggs too.)
Sometimes I eat one scrambled egg ate night for a snack. Since it is just one egg in a cast iron pan, I have to remember to cook it so it does not stick. (Don't use those no stick pans, enough things/stuff getting into my body.) *1) heat the pan on a med heat, 2) add oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan, 3) when oil seems to heat up, pour in the egg (or eggs). Science, but not many details, almost never sticks or only a little, which is important with a one egg snack.

I like eggs just about any way you cook them except for boiled eggs.  The only way I can eat boiled eggs is to devil them.

Oh yeah I love my eggs. Give me a good couple sunny up with the yoke runny to dip my bread in and I'm in heaven. But I also like poached, fried egg sandwiches, boiled egg sandwiches, deviled, and egg salad. Egg salad in our house is usually done ahead of time on Wednesdays to eat real quick when we get home from the evening activeties with the girls and the 10 year old only has about 40 minutes till bed time.

I like eggs alot but for some weird reason, I do not really make them that often...They are so easy to make but I just never do lol
