I usually take calcium supplements and drink some milk. Then I do what I do on my computer or I read a good book. Sometimes I'm in the mood to clean at night.

I usally get up and get on puter or watch TV. I use to sew when my kids were little but the material has gotten so high you can't afford to buy it. You can catch clothes on sale and that is cheaper than making it your self. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

When I can't sleep I read my Bible. Gods word truly comforts me. I always sleep peacefully afterwards.

While it's fairly common to read something boring to induce sleep, only someone blinded by specious faith could find the "bible" to be comforting.

I will generally try to watch TV cause normally that will put me to sleep. If not I will just get up and do something. Play video games, go online, clean, etc. It really depends on what I feel like doing. For some reason I always want to clean when I should go to sleep.
