Me too!! It was the big purchase intender survey that they had withdrawn from me. This has happened in the past, only twice since I have joined in 2010. Although, I don't like the thought of survey's giving you the money and then withdrawing it in the future, I can't blame FC for that one!! It is hard to keep track of the survey's that you do, and I guess if you did it in the past they remove it when you attempt it again.

Omg me too. I just got through posting and venting about this. Was it some survey called big purchase intender. Just curious because when I checked my account today and my dolllar was gone. I was heated. I had 18.75 and was getting up there and to be dropped back to 17.75 is just wrong. I worked hard for my dollar and I know you did too.

Yes! It was that survey and I was heated too that's why I wrote this. Lol

Well I am sure glad to see that it was not just me!  I got a e-mail that they took $$ away from me also.  I was wondering what I did wrong, but now I see a lot of you had the same thing happen.  Guess they didn't like our answers to the survey??  I don't get approved to take surveys much at all and was excited when I did get approved.  Guess on this one they decided to disapprove me "later" rather than "sooner" :'(

I know. I's rather not be approved than to get credit for it then have the money taken away.  :-

It's unfortunate but when a survey provider refuses to pay, we aren't left with any other option.  Since they write the checks, they set the terms.

The alternative would be waiting 15-45 days for survey credit, and then it would be guaranteed.  But if we did that, you'd have to wait a looong time to get your money in some cases: if you complete a survey on September 1st, it would credit around October 15th.  If you cash it out right away, you'll get paid around November 20th.  That's 80 days after you completed the survey.  With the current system that maximum is reduced to 50 days.  I know revokes are no fun, but they're a small percentage of overall survey credits and (in our estimation) the benefits of faster cashouts outweigh the annoyance of denied credits.  I hope y'all can see where we're coming from!

I understand that. I was just upset that they gave me credit then took it back. I know it's not your fault! I love FC.  ;D I see now though that they revoked a lot of other member's money.. I wonder why.  ???

I am glad that I have not had that happen to me.  I would be slightly upset especially for how much time it takes to complete some of those surveys.
