It's fall time and apple season where I live.  What are your favorite ways to eat apples?

apple pie, apples & caramel & apple cider. Apples weren't so good around here with the early warm followed by a late frost this year. Our 2 apple trees had but one apple between them.

I love a good Golden Delicious dunked in carmel, otherwise I like to have a sliced apple when eating popcorn. We went to the orchard close to where we live got charged $1.00 per apple this year, YICKES!!

My favorite Apples are Macs. LOL. I can no longer eat apple because of my diabetes. Since I do not take any medication for my condition, I need to stay away from sugar. But there is always Apple computers. LOL.

We drive about 25 miles to an orchard that makes really good apple cider.

My family really enjoys apples.  Caramel with nuts or chocolate, or just plain. I try to eat at least one every day.

I like a good cold crisp apple any day. We drive 205 miles for a bushel of good fresh picked apples, plus good plum, tomatoes, green chili. Of curse we plann a road trip about that time too do it, also to visit with good friends. My family likes good fresh apple pies also.

Plain old apples and peanut butter is my favorite way to eat an apple. And wash it down with a big cup of apple cider, if it's in season! Gotta love the holidays!

I like apples but I am too lazy to buy them and cut them up. I usually buy the pre-sliced kind at the grocery store.
