I think they have to be verified by the FC administrator and with all the posts in the forum, sure it takes awhile, does not bother me because I know as long as I have met the qualifications I will receive my bonus.

  60 days is a long wait.   But it seems like I have always received my within 30-35 days.  I like I can get paid just for talking anyway.   I am really good at that!  LOL

It is what it is, waiting won't hurt you and it gives you time to earn more money, so by the next time you cash out you are half way to cashing out again.  Food for thought also.
