A missing $1
« on: October 17, 2012, 03:34:51 pm »
I went to bed last night with a balance of $9.65 and woke up today with a balance of $8.65.Nothing was denied. If you look under the balance it says $8.54 in offers,$1.11 in bonuses. The numbers add up to $9.65!Can you please add back the $1 to my balance.

I sent this in a support ticket, but I thought maybe to catch the Admin's eye,I'd post it here.

Where does it say the $8.54? I know some people say that their toolbar doesn't match their account page sometimes, but if that is the total on your account page something must be wrong.

I know if anything denied they will send you email notify. I hate that happen because afterall the hard work and got credit couple days later they denied it. If you think it is not denied. send the support ticket. Good luck to you

My toolbar rarely shows the correct amount.  I usually have a few cents or more.  My account page is always accurate.

FC Survey: Mobile Phone Survey (August) $1.00 Denied

This offer was denied - and since you already cashed out the one dollar amount, it was removed from your current balance.

So basically,I'm getting deducted from something that was denied months after I've already been paid for it? ???

Just when is an offer beyond the time frame of being denied?I thought that's why we have to wait so long to get paid.Because these things are confirmed at that point. ::)

The toolbar updates on a delay, every 30-60 minutes.  So if you're earning (or getting credited) while checking, it's likely to be a bit out of date.

So sorry about what happened. That's very unfortunate.

I've had an offer denied right before I cashed out but then I received the money back plus some the next month. It's very odd how they handle it

That has happened to me once before too. I was wondering why my balance wasn't adding up until i checked all my offers and seen that an offer from a previous cashout was denied.

It seems like there are a lot of surveys that credit and then later get denied, which makes no sense to me! :dontknow: If you met the criteria and were able to fill out the full survey originally, how can they decide it's not a viable survey months later?

I don't understand it either and it has happened to me before.  My last cash out it aggrevated me because Fusion Cash sent me an e-mail saying a company denied my survey that was done almost a month ago and they took the money from that survey off my cash out balance that I was about to receive.  Well then I look almost a week later in my Account on FC and the 2.70 was credited to my account again as a "CORRECTION" but it's still $2.70 I should've received in my cash out balance for doing the survey a few weeks ago.  Now I just hope I receive it in my next cash out and it doesn't happen again.  I don't rush through surveys, I read each question, and I give my opinion on whatever the survey is about and I'm truthful.  So when I was denied for the first time I was not happy because I feel as though what can stop any survey company from having us do a survey then later deny it yet they probably still use the information we put in the survey. :BangHead:   :dontknow:

They say there is a 180 day cutoff on any thing you do. So with that being said 30 days = a month. So if you do the math that is 6 months. Plus there can be many reasons for a offer to be taken off in between time. It just happens.
