With PayPal, do you have to have some kind of banking account or credit card? I don't have a verified paypal account.

I would open a savings account or some kind of account online.
I was lying in bed the other night, looking up at the stars, and thinking, "Where in the heck is my roof?"

Some banks are completely on-line. I would check into some of those! Use FC search to search for them. First Internet Bank, in Indianapolis is one...happy searching!

Many financial institutions have age restrictions however, your parents or guardian should be able to open an account in your name if under 18.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

Any suggestions of savings account websites? No purchase, no sell. Just a plain savings website?

I have Ally Bank and don't have to pay on anything, I can use my card at any ATM and Ally will pay back the transaction fees.

Barclay's apparnetly has an online account available with no fee's and no minimum required.   You can make deposits by mail  - so I would concider getting a cashiers check at amscot or somewhere and start the process so you can cash out.

I have an account at First Internet Bank (firstib.com). It is a wholly internet bank and perfect for PayPal. They will send you (or you can print from their website) deposit slips. Hope this helps!

XxSnipeFusionxX~You should try to get a banking account & not the big banks but a credit union which is much more honest & don't sneak in made up fees. If get the bank account you'll be able to use paypal too. If not just try to get that bank account open so you can deposit cash out paychecks into your bank account.

You need at least one of the following to verifiy and activate your paypal account: bank account (savings or checking), credit card, or debit card. Once you have at least one of those then you can activate and verify your paypal your account.
