How many hours do you sleep in a 24 hour time frame?

I usually get around 6-7 hours a night. If I get less I will end up falling asleep some point in the day

I get 10 hours of sleep coz I dont work or go to school I am home most of da time. I do vountleer at the NYC Police Muesums Gift Shop only on Wensdays.

  Well, I actually sleep about 10 to 10 and 1/2.  I know sounds like a lot.  I have sleep apnea and wake up a zillion times a night anyway so I don't guess all of those are productive sleep hours.  But there it is, least I would sleep is around 9 if I have a choice about it.

I try to sleep for 8 hours per night, and some night's I get more hours! If I have time to nap I do!

I wish and hope for 8 hours a night. Unfortunately I usually only manage 6-7 hours. My life is so busy there does not seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done.

I def aim for 8 hrs, I prefer 9.  Main issue is that I cannot go well on just 6 or 7.  I stay in the 'fog'.  I like it best when I wake naturally.  Then I know I'm good to go

I am lucky if I occasionally manage to get 4!!  I have a lot of trouble with insomnia and I hate to take any medication for it!

I get anywhere from 5 to 7 hours of sleep, even on the weekends! My wife hates it that I get so
early in the day!
